Growing Family
This little family is amazing! (I have know Sarah my entire life and her husband Brad actually Married my Husband and I 4 years ago.) I shot Brad and Sarah's wedding back in 2004. Since then they have been trying to have a family, Well in December of 2010 they adopted a Beautiful baby girl! I could not be happier for the Thomas family and I cant wait to capture all of Madlin's mile stones! Congrats Brad and Sarah!!!
Fall Wedding
This Wedding was a first for me. (My Husband shot this wedding with me too, I was very pregnant in fact I gave birth to my daughter just 3 days later!) The Groom was Greek and most of his family didn't speak English. The ceremony was a traditional Greek wedding and was in a beautiful little church in Chugiak. Then the reception was just like any other... almost! It was at the Sheraton and I think everyone was shocked to see the Grooms family dancing on tables and doing many different Greek dances! The Bride and Groom were so sweet and so in love. I cant wait for these two to have a family and come back to see me!
Summer Weddings
This Wedding was a blast. My Husband (my second shooter) and I took the weekend and went to Seward for this wedding. It was at the Windsong Lodge and the weather was nasty. Just before the ceremony started the rain stopped and it seemed to warm up. The lighting was Perfect and the couple was amazing. After the ceremony the Groom surprised the Bride with a new truck, The look on her face was great. Then we drove all over Seward taking Photos in all the best spots :) and because it was a bit of a drive from home the wedding was small full of family and their closest friends!
